About the Book

I am brave. I am resourceful. I can cope with anything!

Using the power of positive thinking and self-esteem, these motivational flashcards will empower your child by providing more than 70 inspiring affirmations. It’s perfect for teaching your little one how to overcome self-doubt and negative thoughts!

Packed with beautiful motivational mantras designed to boost self-esteem, these inspirational picture cards are perfect for when kids need a little pick-me-up. From positivity to resourcefulness, the carefully selected themes included will help kids develop a healthy level of confidence and build their resilience.

Ideal for children aged 7 to 9, these memorable flashcards tie affirmations to key historical events to motivate and encourage. Learn about the Apollo 13 mission and discover how to stay calm under pressure. Get inspired by Rosa Parks' refusal to give up her seat on the bus, which links to the affirmation "I stand up for myself and others."

Yes, I Can!

Let your child explore different mindful activities that encourage them to try practical techniques to explore affirmations further. These exercises include creating a "happiness jar" to encourage little ones to develop their own affirmations or build a "coping wheel" that helps kids manage anxiety and stressful situations.

This empowering set of affirmation flashcards not only educates but inspires too. It includes a parent guide to help grown-ups ask engaging questions that prompt kids to consider new ideas and reflect on concepts like forgiveness, gratitude, and self-awareness. It’s the perfect gift for kids to build confidence, gratitude, mindfulness, and self-esteem.
