Ingela P. Arrhenius graduated from art school in the early nineties and has been working as an illustrator ever since. In addition to children's books, her illustrations have adorned advertisements, magazines, and merchandise. She has created patterns for fabrics, wallpaper, toys, and stationery, as well as packaging and home accessories. Her love of retro style, typography, and color is reflected in her work. Ingela P. Arrhenius lives in Stockholm with her husband (an author) and two sons.
